Terms of service

These terms govern engagements with TK Advisory. The specifics of any engagement — scope, deliverables, timing, and fees — are set out in a separate written proposal, which takes precedence over these general terms where they differ.

Engagements

Every engagement begins with a free intro call and, in most cases, a written proposal. Work starts once the proposal is accepted in writing.

Fees and payment

Fees are as stated in the relevant proposal, in euros and excluding 21% BTW where applicable. Payment terms are specified per service — for example, monthly in advance for fractional engagements, or split payments for projects. Invoices are due within 14 days unless agreed otherwise.

Confidentiality

I treat all information you share as confidential and am happy to sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement before any sensitive material is exchanged.

Liability

Advice is provided in good faith and to a professional standard, but outcomes depend on factors outside my control. Liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement, to the extent permitted by law.

Governing law

These terms and any engagement are governed by Dutch law. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent court in the Netherlands.
